What is the name of the ministry?

The name of the ministry is NIGER CHRISTIAN MISSION (MISSION CHRETTIENE NIGER, French version). The name of the church is FIRST CHRISTIAN CHURCH (PREMIERE EGLISE CHRETTIEN, in French).

What does the name mean?

It means to set up a mission that is Christian and Bible based, guard against conformity and compromise. We are not saying there are no Christian missions and churches in Niger. Niger is predominantly Muslim and folklore religion and our Christianity should be exemplary.

How many jobs has this ministry created?

The Clothing Ministry in Niger started in December 2006. We are in the second month of our operation and have so far created 22 jobs.

How do you evangelize with your ministry?

Prices quoted for the clothing make it affordable across board. News coming in testifies to the fact that only Christians could open such an affordable clothing shop.

How is the clothing used for Jesus?

We have targeted the aged, the needy, orphans and the prisons. We are planning to get in touch with these groups, give them some clothing, and talk to them about the love of God, if needs be.

What are your ministry's plans in the next two years (Future plans)?

We have plans to train, equip and send more mission-minded church members to the villages. Most villages around Niamey, the capital, are not deep-rooted Muslims.
